Rapid Granulator AB has been participating in the exhibition of CHINAPLAS for many years. What attracts exhibitors to maintain long-term close cooperation with CHINAPLAS is the organizer’s effective organization and considerate service covering the entire process. Through the exhibition, the companies are able to have opportunities of interacting with old customers and contacting with new ones. Although CHINAPLAS 2017 has not started yet, a large number of manufacturing enterprises like Rapid Granulator have booked their booths and prepared everything for the exhibition.

Rapid will display a part of their world leading product range and will be point to introduce a new family of shredders for plastics granulate - the Raptor Series, Daphne Yang says. The Raptor Series has been designed using their 75 years of experience of granulators and older types of shredders, in order to maximize productivity with a minimum cost of ownership. These modularly designed units feature a world-first with their “open-hearted” design. Other notable design features include a unique cutting system, tilt-back hopper, and design for integrated granulation.

As large size-reduction equipment using the leading technology, the Raptor Series meet the customers’ demands on large-scale production and high quality equipment. The Series had achieved good sales performance and market reputation. After the display at K 2016, Raptor Series shredder got more attentions from customers and market.

For Rapid the market is always growing. We see clearly that the market is turning towards high quality products, Daphne says the U.S.A. and the China markets are two important market for Rapid global market. With the new investments in overseas markets, Rapid has just opened up a new Factory in USA. USA is to day one of the main market. With the new 5 Million Euro in new machining centers investment made in Sweden Rapid will be able to produce even more efficient and increase the quality even more of the product.

Rapid are today the only one in the market offering 5 year warranty on the product. Another point that is the spare parts, Rapid carry spare parts to all the machines we have manufactured since 1960 – this is something that customers appreciate and demand since the Rapid Machines have such long life time. We have hundreds of machines in daily products that are more than 40 years old. Rapid is the only one in the market who can provide spare parts all the way back to 1960. Daphne Yang says that Rapid will never compete on price since there is no benefit for Rapid or the customer in a long term investment. The only way to remain as the market leader is to focus and work closely with the customers. Rapid is continues teaching customers about the importance of a good quality regrind and how to recycle in the most efficient way. Rapid would like to establish the brand in the diversified market and allows customers to benefit from high quality products in the long term .
